How is it possible that when I have a brush or a pencil in my hand, suddenly the stress of everyday is lifted off my shoulders?! I have become a true believer in Art therapy. I am living proof that if it were not for my Art I would be lost and depressed. I’d most likely be disoriented and despondent in the difficulties I have been faced with for the past decade. But more importantly, I wouldn’t be as positive and as focused as I am today if it weren’t for my Art. In many ways I can say that Art saved me! It has this amazing ability to uplift me encourage me and make me so happy. “Art washes from the soul the dust of everyday life.” Pablo Picasso 🎨

About BG_3.jpg

Art is Life

Life is Art

I once used to be so attached to most of my Art! And I still am to some degree, but I have to admit that knowing that my work is valued and appreciated enough to be purchased and are hanging somewhere as a part of someone’s home or office gives me this incredibly rewarding feeling that is just so amazing!  thank you to those who have supported my Art and continue to support it! ❤️
